Why does bottle application matter before mold quotation?+

Application gives context to weight, neck and closure, filling conditions, appearance, bottle tests, production volume and the realistic cavity and machine direction.

Can water and carbonated beverage preforms use the same decision process?+

They share core mold inputs, but the approved bottle and filling requirements can differ. Carbonated use may introduce pressure-related bottle design and validation questions that should not be assumed for water.

What application evidence should a buyer request from a mold proposal?+

Request source-confirmed preform, closure and bottle samples relevant to the application, plus the drawing, trial basis and responsibility for downstream bottle validation. A generic mold photograph is only a configuration reference.

How should a buyer choose between an application page and the broad product page?+
